Account and privacy requests
For account access, correction or deletion requests, contact us from the email address associated with your account when possible. We may ask for limited information to verify ownership.

Billing and store purchases
Purchases made through Google Play, Apple App Store or another marketplace are also subject to that store's billing and refund rules. Include the order number in your message, but never send a password or full payment-card number.
通过应用商店完成的购买同时受对应平台的账单与退款规则约束。请勿发送密码或完整银行卡号。
For GameGlee purchase issues, we respond within 3 business days. Include your public player ID, Google Play order number (GPA…), purchase date and a description. Never send authentication or purchase tokens.
GameGlee 购买问题会在 3 个工作日内回复。请提供公开玩家编号、Google Play 订单号（GPA…）、购买日期和问题说明，切勿发送登录或购买令牌。
Paid but missing access? Check the order in Google Play, then use Restore purchases with the same GameGlee and Play accounts. Avoid buying again while confirmation is pending. Contact us for unresolved delivery, duplicate charges or refund assistance; applicable consumer rights remain protected.
已扣款但未开通？请先检查 Google Play 订单，再使用原 GameGlee 和 Play 账号恢复购买。确认期间不要重复购买；未解决的发货问题、重复扣款或退款申请可联系我们，法定消费者权利不受影响。
Manage or cancel GameGlee subscriptions / 管理或取消订阅
Uninstalling the app or deleting your GameGlee account does not cancel recurring payments. Cancellation normally preserves the paid period and does not automatically refund it.
卸载应用或删除 GameGlee 账号不会取消自动扣款。取消续费通常保留当期已付费权益，不会自动退还当期费用。
